1) Overview
This notice explains how LD Robots processes personal data when you visit our website, contact us, collaborate with us, or apply for a job. “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
2) What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Policy applies to: (a) Sites: ldrobots.ro and subdomains; (b) Careers: applications via our Site or third‑party platforms; (c) Prospects & partners: demo/quote requests and business contacts; (d) Support & communications. It does not cover third‑party sites or services we do not control (review their policies).
3) Types of Personal Information We Collect
Data you provide: name, email, phone, company, role, message; CV/resume, portfolio links, eligibility, references, salary expectations; support content.
Device/usage data: IP address, identifiers, browser/OS, pages viewed, time stamps, referrer, cookies/SDKs.
Inferences created from the above (e.g., interest in roles or products).
Third‑party sources: career platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), recruiters, partners, events, public sources under your settings.
4) How We Collect Personal Information
Directly from you (forms, email, job applications, events).
Automatically through cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies on the Site.
From social platforms when you interact with our official pages or widgets in line with their privacy settings.
From service providers/partners that support Site, analytics, ATS, or marketing.
5) Purposes, Legal Bases, and Legitimate Interests
We process data to:
Provide and improve the Site/services; ensure security and prevent fraud (Art. 6(1)(b) & (f)).
Respond to inquiries, demos, and quotes; manage partnerships (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
Recruit and hire (pre‑contract steps; Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)); where required, consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Marketing with your consent; you may withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Legal obligations (tax, accounting, compliance) (Art. 6(1)(c)).
6) Applicant & Employee Privacy
For candidates we collect identifying, contact, and professional information (CV, education, history, evaluations). If hired, we may process additional employment data as required by law. Retention for unsuccessful candidates is typically 24 months (or as required by local law); with consent we may retain for a talent pool. You may request deletion unless retention is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
7) Sharing of Personal Information
We may share data with: (a) service providers/processors (hosting, analytics, ATS, email, storage); (b) professional advisors; (c) corporate transactions (subject to safeguards); and (d) affiliates as needed to provide services. We do not sell personal data.
8) Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with law. Typical periods: Site inquiries up to 24 months after last interaction; candidate data up to 24 months unless consented longer; contracts/invoices per statutory terms (e.g., 5 - 10 years). We delete or anonymize when no longer needed.
9) Information Security
We apply organizational and technical measures (access controls, encryption in transit, logging/monitoring, least‑privilege, staff training). No system is 100% secure; we maintain incident response procedures.
10) Your Rights

11) International Transfers
When data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use safeguards such as SCCs, the UK Addendum, or adequacy decisions. Copies of relevant safeguards are available upon request.
12) Children’s Privacy
Our Site/services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
