These Terms of Use set out the rules under which you may access and use the Site. By using the Site, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 2) Definitions

"Customer" - a natural or legal person who contacts us via the Site regarding products, pilots, or services.

"Site" - the website available at https://ldrobots.ro/.
"Humanoid Platform" - LD Robots’ humanoid robot and related software/services described on the Site.
3) Product & Program Information (Humanoid Platform)
Information about our Humanoid Platform (features, applications, pricing) is indicative and may change. The product is under active R&D; certain capabilities may be experimental or available only in pilots. Follow our Site/official channels for updates.
4) Orders, Quotes, and Preorders
The Site currently does not facilitate sales. You may request a quote, pilot, or demo via forms or email. Any purchase, leasing, or pilot engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement. Information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer.
5)Third-Party Content & Platforms
We may post content or invite feedback on third‑party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok). We do not control those platforms. Please review their terms of use and privacy policies before interacting there.
6) Intellectual Property Rights
We own or license all IP in the Site (text, graphics, logos, videos, software). Works are protected by IP laws worldwide. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to access the Site for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
